· Check whether there are obvious scars on the outer ring, inner ring and end face of the dismantled bearing to judge whether the spindle bearing is damaged or not.
· Dismantle and clean the bearing, check whether there are wear marks on the inner raceway and outer raceway of the bearing, check the damage of the rolling element and the bearing cage, and preliminarily determine the cause of the damage, check whether the seal cover of the bearing is damaged, whether the lubricant is lost, in order to judge whether the lubrication of the bearing is normal, whether the inside of the bearing is polluted.
