· The stator coil is insulated to the ground and the coil windings are insulated by a shaking meter or a universal meter, so as to judge whether the coil of the spindle motor is out of phase, damp or open circuit.
Electrical Performance Testing
· The universal meter is used to check whether the connection of each line is short-circuited or not, so as to ensure the complete connection of the overall line interface of the spindle.
· Encoder tester is used to detect whether the encoder signal is normal and determine whether the sensor and signal line of the encoder are normal.
Electrical Performance Testing
· Degaussing or damage of the encoder's gear disc is detected to judge whether the encoder is normal or not.
· The main shaft is electrically operated to check whether the signal feedback of bearing temperature control sensor is normal, and at the same time to check whether the signal feedback of motor temperature rise sensor is normal, and whether the data feedback is accurate.
