· Connect the spindle cooling device and lubrication device, start the spindle low-speed operation to collect the spindle low-speed rotation accuracy. · Running-in calibration gradually increases the spindle speed from low to high. Running in each speed section and 30 minutes make the spindle bearings run in fully so as to achieve the best performance.
· The temperature rise and noise change of spindle in each speed section are collected, and the vibration value of bearing parts before and after maintenance is used to judge whether the indexes of spindle meet the factory standard or not.
Running in check
· Keep the spindle running for 60 minutes at the highest speed to ensure that the vibration value and temperature rise are stable and without fluctuation.
